We are enthusiastic to welcome back the 100 painters at Via Margutta from December 4-8. We are excited to see once again this famous street adorned with the excitement that this event always brings.

With the Christmas holidays quikly approaching, what better way to start the festive season than to take a stroll down this street to appreciate and experience art in its fullest and most varied form.

Come and see Alberto Vespaziani’s woods painted on oil on canvas, or Oscar Tirelli’s mysterious door, Luigi Salvatori’s ‘Piazza di Spagna’ painting in acrylic on canvas, and many, many more..

We at ‘L’angolo delle Muse’ are excited to have them back and we welcome you to stop by for a great day out…!

The 100 painters at Via Margutta was a great success this past weekend, notwithstanding the weather. The street came alive with the hussle and bussle of visitors and painters alike. We were especially honored to have just outside our store, the works of famous Roman painter, Paolo Veneziani with his paintings of breathtaking sceneries.

This year, this event was aimed at the fight against racism, that with recent events occuring, couldn’t have been more appropriate. In fact, artists from all over the world were chosen to exhibit their works, such as the Polish painter Margherita Lipinska, the Peruvian Freddy Toledo, the Cuban Andres Borges Reyes, and the painter from Mozambique Farida Abdul Rasaque, to name a few. Each artist was chosen based on individual linguistic expression, tecnique and artistic message.

We had a fantastic time and we look forward to hosting them again…
